Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Remove shell from eggs
  2. Cut eggs lengthwise and remove yolks
  3. Mash yolks in a bowl
  4. Add mustard, seasoned salt, cayenne, onion salt , vinegar and relish ( if desired) to yolks and mix well.
  5. Add enough mayonnaise to moisten
  6. Fill egg whites with yolk mixture
  7. Lightly sprinkle paprika atop each egg
  8. Chill
