Ingredients:

  • 1 doz eggs
  • 1/2 cp mayonase
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp cream style horse raddish

Directions:

  1. Place eggs in large kettle of cold water. Slowly bring to a hard boil
  2. Turn off heat and allow eggs to cool in water
  3. Peel eggs and cut in half removing the yolks place whites on plate
  4. Mash egg yolks
  5. Add mayo, relish, vinegar, and horse raddish
  6. Mix well and add salt and pepper to taste. My measurements are approximate on the salt and pepper. My method of cooking the eggs prevents them from turning green. Every one tells me these are the best deviled eggs they have ever had.
