Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 can 400g of passata or chopped tomatos
  • 1 tsp onion salt
  • 3 tsp eazy garlic
  • 1 whole red pepper de-seeded and cut into strips
  • 3 tsp paprika
  • 11 oz (300) g paella rice
  • 1 1/2 pint 1.2 litres (6 oxo ) veg stock
  • 1 pinch large pinch of saffron
  • 1 cup peas

Directions:

  1. Heat the Olive Oil
  2. Add - Tomato, Onion, Garlic, Pepper, Chicken & Paprika
  3. Heat gently for 10 mins, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add the rice, cook for a few minutes until the grains are well coated
  5. Add the stock, peas and saffron - bring to the boil
  6. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 mins, stirring occasionally until almost all the stock is absorbed.
  7. Serve and enjoy!!!
