Ingredients:
3 tablespoon(s) olive oil
1 can(s) 400g of passata or chopped tomatos
1 teaspoon(s) onion salt
3 teaspoon(s) eazy garlic
1 whole(s) red pepper de-seeded and cut into strips
16 ounce(s) chicken breast diced
3 teaspoon(s) paprika
11 ounce(s) (300) g paella rice
1 1/2 pint(s) 1.2 litres (6 oxo) veg stock
1 pinch(s) large pinch of saffron
1 cup(s) peas
Directions:
1. Heat the Olive Oil
2. Add - Tomato, Onion, Garlic, Pepper, Chicken & Paprika
3. Heat gently for 10 mins, stirring occasionally.
4. Add the rice, cook for a few minutes until the grains are well coated
5. Add the stock, peas and saffron - bring to the boil
6. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 mins, stirring occasionally until almost all the stock is absorbed.
7. Serve and enjoy!!!
