Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice bagel in half (if not already sliced) and place in toaster, until desired crunchiness .
  2. Peel and cut a mango in half, be careful of the seed, I have a mango slicer which makes the job easier.
  3. When the bagel is done toasting add desired toppings, and then place 1/2 of the mango on top of the toppings.
  4. Top with the other half of the bagel.
  5. ENJOY!
