Delicious Fruit Breakfast burger

So delicious but healthy, a quick, great, fruity way to start your day. Feels like your biting into a huge burger, but it is absolutely sweet and amazing. It could also be a healthy dessert if you so desire ; ) I don't use butter, cream cheese, or jelly. I just use a butter flavored spray, but it is still absolutely delicious. I'm thinking about using strawberry jelly next time. Works best on homemade fruit bagels, I bought mine from a stand that sells fresh home baked breads at a nearby swap meet.
Ingredients:
1 strawberry bagel (or any fruit bagel)
1/2 a mango
margarine (optional)
cream cheese (optional)
jam (optional)
Directions:
1. slice bagel in half (if not already sliced) and place in toaster, until desired crunchiness .
2. peel and cut a mango in half, be careful of the seed, I have a mango slicer which makes the job easier.
3. when the bagel is done toasting add desired toppings, and then place 1/2 of the mango on top of the toppings.
4. top with the other half of the bagel.
5. ENJOY!
