Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut chicken in bite size pieces
  2. Melt butter and cook chicken
  3. Add sou sauce and stir
  4. Add chow mein, and other ingredients stir fry for about 3 minutes
  5. Place a tsp filling in center of wonton skin dip finger in water and moisten edges
  6. Grab one corner up over to the opposite
  7. Fry wontons from 8-10 minutes or until crispy
  8. Drain on paper towel
