Deep Fried Wontons

These are great, with some sweet n sour sauce.
Ingredients:
1 pkg wonton skins
4 chicken breast boneless
1 can chow mein vegetables drained
2 green onions chopped
1 pkg chopped broccoli
1 small can chopped mushrooms
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp butter
Directions:
1. cut chicken in bite size pieces
2. melt butter and cook chicken
3. add sou sauce and stir
4. add chow mein, and other ingredients stir fry for about 3 minutes
5. Place a tsp filling in center of wonton skin dip finger in water and moisten edges
6. Grab one corner up over to the opposite
7. fry wontons from 8-10 minutes or until crispy
8. drain on paper towel
