Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grease an 8x8 pan.
  2. Brown ground beef and onion, then drain.
  3. Mix Bisquick and water until dough forms.
  4. Pat in pan, pressing 1/2 inch up sides.
  5. Layer beef, tomatoes, and green pepper in pan.
  6. Mix last 3 ingredients together.
  7. Spoon sour cream mixture over top of peppers.
  8. Bake at 375 degrees 25-30 minutes.
