Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook past according to directions.Drain,rinse in cold water.
  2. In bowl,whisk together 1/4 c lime juice,1 tso lime zest,oil,cilantro garlic,Dijon,mustard,honey and cumin. Season with salt and gr. blk pepper,if desired. In seperate bowl,gently toss pasta with 1/2 dressing mixture.
  3. In large serving bowl,layer lettuce,tomatoes,pasta,beans,corn,red onions,olives,cheese and jalapeno pepper as desired. Drizzle with remaining dressing.
  4. Arrange tortilla chips around top of bowl. Garnish with fresh cilantro ,if desired...
