Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine the almonds, walnuts or hazelnuts, and dates and mix them together as best you can (the dates get very sticky).
  2. Dust a work surface and rolling pin with confectioners' sugar and roll out the mixture into an approximate square 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Cut this into 1-inch squares and roll the squares in sugar.
  4. Arrange the sweets on a plate and serve
  5. (you can make it like the balls).
