Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teasp. baking powder
  • 1/2 teasp. salt
  • 1/2 teasp. cardamon
  • 2 teasp. vanilla

Directions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients and mix by hand until well blended
  2. Spread into a greased 9'' square pan
  3. Bake near the center of the oven.
  4. 350' for 22-27 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean
  5. Cool completely. cut into bars.
  6. ( I toss the bars into confectioners sugar totally covering them)
