Ingredients:

  • 1 cup. bran
  • 3/4 cup. milk
  • 1 cup. flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup. each sugar , oil
  • 1/2 cup. each chopped pitted dates , walnuts
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Soak the bran in the milk for a little while as you blend the remaining ingredients together.
  2. Bake at 375F for 30 minutes.
