Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 -5 plums (sliced thin)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
  2. Mix dry ingredients, then cut in butter with pastry blender.
  3. Beat 1 egg in cup, add vanilla then fill the rest of the way to the 1 cup mark with milk and add to dry / butter mixture.
  4. Grease pan and pat dough into pan.
  5. Assort 3-4 cups of sliced plums on top of dough in a spiral pattern.
  6. Sprinkle top with 1 cup sugar mixed together with 2 teaspoons cinnamon and 3 tablespoons melted butter.
  7. Bake 25 minutes.
