Dad's Creole Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drain about 1/2 of juice from tomatoes. Cut up tomatoes.
  2. Saute onion, garlic and pepper. Keep celery crisp. When green pepper is done, add salt, pepper and paprika, tomatoes and bay leaf. Boil 5 minutes and add shrimp. Cook 10 minutes on low boil. Serve over rice.
