Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Soak beans overnight, drain.
  2. Add beans to large pot, cover w/water, bring to boil, lower to simmer for 1 hour preheat oven to 300.
  3. In ovenproof dish mix next 7 ingredients.
  4. Saute bacon until semi cooked, add to dish.
  5. Add onions, beans, mix and bake 2 hours, covered.
  6. Add rum and bake uncovered 1 hour.
