Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp plus 2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tbsp plus 2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tbsp plus 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Store mixture in an airtight container; shake well before each use. Use to season chicken, beef, pork, lamb, fish, or shrimp, or stir into lentils or rice.
