Ingredients:

  • handfull of carrot shreads
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp ground thume

Directions:

  1. Saute onions with butter, carrots and spices until tender.
  2. Add rice, raisins and water.
  3. Cover and bake for ~1/2 hour
