An easy side dish full of flavor.
Ingredients:
1/2 onion - chopped
handfull of carrot shreads
1 c uncooked basmati rice
1/4 c butter
1 1/2 c water
1/4 c golden raisins
1/2 tsp ground thume
1tsp curry powder
1 chicken bullion cube
Directions:
1. Saute onions with butter, carrots and spices until tender.
2. Add rice, raisins and water.
3. Cover and bake for ~1/2 hour
