Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 24 oz salmon
  • 1 cooking spray
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Directions:

  1. 1 In a large resealable plastic bag mix lemon juice, curry powder, sesame oil, and yogurt. Place salmon in bag and seal. Move marinade around so all of salmon is covered.
  2. 2 Place bag in refrigerator and let rest for at least 20 minutes, no more than 1 hour. Take salmon out of bag and discard marinade.
  3. 3 Preheat broiler. Lay salmon on a cooking spray coated baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Place under broiler and cook for 8 minutes, salmon should be flaky. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
