Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In small bowl mix coconut milk, chili powder, coriander, turmeric and salt.
  2. In medium sauté pan heat oil over medium heat.
  3. Add onion, cinnamon stick and cumin seeds then sauté until onions are soft.
  4. Stir in tomatoes, peas and coconut milk then reduce heat and simmer until peas are tender.
