Curried Chicken and Apple Stew

  1. Combine all ingredients except apples, sour cream, cornstarch, salt and pepper in a slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours, adding apples during the last 30 minutes.
  3. Combine sour cream and cornstarch and stir into stew. Cook for 2-3 more minutes.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
