Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fry up onions and hot pepper with canola.
  2. Add cauliflower and garlic, lots of pepper.
  3. Add lentils, stir it up. When they're about to start sticking, add broth.
  4. Add lots of spices.. curry, garam marsala if you have it, etc.
  5. Add tomatoes - best if they're roasted, but whatever.
  6. Simmer simmer. Season some more. Simmer till thick and stew-like.
