Curried Cauliflower

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp curry powder
  • 1 dash salt

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine curry powder and salt.
  2. Separate florets of cauliflower and cook in boiling water until cooked, but still crisp.
  3. Drain and add to seasonings. Mix to coat well.
