Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash and chop the cauliflower into flowerets.
  2. Boil in water until soft.
  3. Drain well.
  4. Meanwhile, melt butter and fry the breadcrumbs over medium heat.
  5. A dd the cauliflower to the pan, and mix well and fry for about 4 – 5 minutes.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
