Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook cabbage in boiling water for 4 minutes.
  2. Drain well and set aside.
  3. Saute in oil and whisk in curry powder until paste like.
  4. Add onion and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Whisk in broth and cook until thickened.
  6. Add cabbage, stir to coat.
  7. Cook until cabbage is tender (about 2 minutes).
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
