Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, curry and cayenne. Stir to blend well.
  2. Cut apple in half and remove core. Cut each half into 6 wedges.
  3. Dip apple slices into curried lemon juice and let excess liquid drain off. Serve immediately.
