Cumin Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs potatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. 1. Dice onion.
  2. 2. Saute onion in oil with spices.
  3. 3. Bake potatoes in the microwave.
  4. 4. Mash potatoes in a large bowl.
  5. 5. Add milk and onions.
  6. 6. Enjoy.
