Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients, except the potatoes.
  2. Arrange the potatoes on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with Pam.
  3. Spoon the oil mixture over the potatoes, tossing to coat well.
  4. Bake at 500 degrees for 20 minutes or until done.
