Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel 2 large cucumbers and shred using a manual shredder or food processor, put in colander and drain for one hour. Put out cream cheese to soften.
  2. After the hour is up, squeeze out excess water.
  3. Combine all ingredients and store in a covered container in the the fridge.
  4. Serve as a dip or put 1/4 c. on each sandwich cut and enjoy.
