Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, separate onions into rings, add to cucumber slices.
  2. Dissolve sugar in water, add wine vinegar, mustard seed, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour over cucumbers and onions and toss
  4. Allow to marinate for at least an hour before serving.
