Ingredients:

  • 2 medium cucumber
  • 1/2 large onion
  • 3/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Chop cucumber and onion
  2. In a small bowl mix vinegar, water, and sugar until sugar is dissolved
  3. Combine the cucumber and onion with the vinegar mixutre
  4. Let soak in refrigerator for a day before serving
