Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Clean and chop the mustard greens into bit sized pieces. Thinly slice the shallots, dice the pepper and mince the garlic.
  2. In a large pot fry up the bacon. When it is just done remove the bacon and add the olive oil. Saute the shallots, pepper and garlic in this pan.
  3. Use the 1/4c of wine to deglaze the pot when the veggies have gotten nicely softened.
  4. Add the mustard greens and bacon then pour in the broth, vinegar and spices.
  5. Give a good stirring up. Reduce the heat and let simmer on low for about 20 minutes.
