Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Thaw and chop frozen spinach.
  2. Beat eggs in a large bowl with the flour until smooth.
  3. Add spinach and mix well.
  4. Spread mixture in an 8x10 inch baking pan.
  5. Mix cheeses with salt and layer this onto spinach.
  6. Sprinkle with wheat germ.
  7. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
