Ingredients:

  • 1 small onion
  • basmati/jasmine/fragrant rice
  • 2 tsp aniseed
  • salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Boil rice until al dente and set aside
  2. In a skillet melt butter and saute onions and peppers
  3. Add aniseed and stir for 3 minutes
  4. Add cooked rice to skillet and fry
  5. Add coconut oil and cook for 5 minutes before serving
