Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine the crushed cornflakes, Parmesan cheese & salad dressing mix.
  3. Place melted butter in another shallow bowl.
  4. Dip the chicken first into the butter, then into the cornflake mixture, making sure chicken is coated.
  5. Place coated chicken into a greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
  6. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until the chicken juices run clear.
