Crunchy Pork  Broccoli Mu Gop

Ingredients:

  • 150 g fatty pork
  • 100 g broccoli
  • 2 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • little of water can be use if not enough sauce...

Directions:

  1. Add the salt to the water and bring to the boil.
  2. Add the pork to the boiling water and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Take it off the heat and leave the pork to dry. Once it is dry, deep fry in hot oil.
  4. The finished pork should be very very crunchy. Cut pork into thinly sliced. (optional) dried pork grind can be use.
  5. Chop the garlic and fry it in a hot frying pan for a few seconds to release the garlic fragrance.
  6. Put the crunchy pork into the frying pan with the garlic.
  7. Add oyster sauce, fish sauce and sugar, and stir fry it for 1 min.
  8. Slice the red chilles in halves and the broccoli into florets and add those to the stir fry.
  9. Fry for a few minutes longer, to just lightly cook the broccoli.
  10. Serve with hot fragrant rice or side dish.
