Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar until light. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  2. Sift together flour baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  3. Mix into butter mixture.
  4. Mix together oats, coconut, chocolate chips, sliced almonds and orange zest. Stir into butter mixture.
  5. Spoon onto greased or parchment line cookie sheets.
  6. Bake at 350F until lightly browned.
