Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sifted flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1-1/2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 7 slices white bread

Directions:

  1. Sift flour, salt and baking powder into a bowl.
  2. Put milk, eggs and butter into blender container then cover and mix well.
  3. Break bread into pieces and add through feeder cap opening while blending.
  4. When mixture is smooth add to the flour mixture.
  5. Stir until well mixed then bake on a lightly greased griddle until brown.
  6. Turn once during cooking.
