Coconut Honey French Toast

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat pan to med, add butter or oil
  2. Mix egg and milk and vanilla and soak a slice of bread in it fo 30 sec each side and coat with flakes if desired
  3. Add to hot buttery pan and fry till golden on each side
  4. Put on a plate and drizzle with coconut spread and honey...enjoy!!!!!!
