Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs pork
  • 1 cup apple
  • 2 cups carrots
  • 4 cups cabbage
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Rub salt and pepper on pork and brown all sides
  2. Put vinegar, brown sugar and other items chopped in slow cooker
  3. Cook 6-8 hours
