Ingredients:

  • 1 (20 oz) can pineapple
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)

Directions:

  1. Place chicken in crockpot.
  2. Add lemon juice and can of pineapples with juice, arranging pineapples to cover chicken (If you prefer cold pineapples to eat with your meal, you may use just half the can and save the rest for later).
  3. Set crock pot on low for at least 4-8 hours or high for 3-5.
