Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Arrange chicken pieces in crock pot.
  2. Combine lemonade, brown sugar, vinegar, and ketchup and mix well.
  3. Pour over chicken.
  4. Cover.
  5. Cook on high 3-4 hours or low 6-8 hours.
  6. Remove chicken from pot, cover to keep hot.
  7. Transfer liquid to saucepan.
  8. Skim fat; combine cornstarch and cold water and add slowly to liquid, while stirring over low heat.
  9. When thickened, serve with chicken over hot rice.
