Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in crock pot except rice in order listed.
  2. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours (high 4-6 hours).
  3. One hour before serving, remove chicken and cool slightly.
  4. Remove meat from bones and return to crock pot.
  5. Add rice.
  6. Cover and cook the additional hour on high.
