Crock-Pot Chocolate Rice

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 1/2 cups chocolate milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups whipped cream

Directions:

  1. Spray inside of crockpot with a nonstick spray. Add sugar and salt to crockpot and stir. Whisk in the chocolate milk and half-and-half. Stir in the converted rice.
  2. Cover the crockpot and cook on LO heat only for 5 hours with NO stirring. Now stir in vanilla.
  3. Turn off crockpot and, if possible, remove liner. Let stand, covered, 30 minutes. Fold in the whipped cream. Serve warm or chilled.
