Ingredients:

  • 15 1/2 oz kidney beans
  • 13 oz salsa
  • 14 1/2 oz del monte diced tomatoes w/ green peppers and onions
  • 2 cups water

Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef
  2. Add beef to slow cooker
  3. Add kidney beans
  4. Add salsa
  5. Add tomatoes
  6. Chop green pepper and add to slow cooker
  7. Cook on low to med for about 4 - 6 hours
