Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Layer vegetables in a slow cooker. Top with meat.
  2. Sprinkle with oregano, basil and Italian seasoning. Top with tomato sauce.
  3. Cover. Cook on low 8 hours.
  4. Remove cover during last 30 minutes of cooking to reduce and thicken the sauce.
  5. Serve over cooked spiral pasta.
