Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put the water in the bottom of crockpot. Lay down a layer of red peppers.
  2. Rub olive oil on the chicken breasts, sprinkle with garlic powder, rosemary and salt and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken on top of red peppers.
  4. Add another layer of peppers.
  5. Cook low for 6 hours. Your crockpot may vary in the length of time to cook.
