Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients except sour cream and cream cheese in the crock pot.
  2. Cook on low heat for 7 to 8 hours.
  3. Before serving stir sour cream and cream cheese together until smooth.
  4. Add sour cream mixture to the beef mixture and fold until well incorporated.
  5. Serve over cooked noodles, potatoes or fresh bread.
  6. (My crock pot gets very hot. Mine is done in about 6 hours. This recipe calls for stew meat but I usually use a roast and cut into cubes.).
