Crock Pot Apple Nut Streusel

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp soft butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup bisquick
  • 1 cup bisquick
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp cold butter

Directions:

  1. Toss together apples, cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg in a large bowl.
  2. Place in a greased crock pot.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine milk, soft butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla and Bisquick and mix well.
  4. Spoon this mixture over apples.
  5. Make topping by combining Bisquick and brown sugar in a bowl.
  6. Cut in butter until crumbly, add almonds and combine.
  7. Sprinkle this mixture over apples.
  8. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or until apples are tender.
